WTO DOCUMENTS
All WTO official documents bear a unique document number constructed as follows:
94-1234
94 = 1994 ; 1234 = a sequential document number
Examples:
95-3452 (1995)
00-0965 (2000)
11-1342 (2011)
Do not confuse the document number with the document symbol! The document symbol is made up of letters and numbers which, when taken together, provide a broad indication of subject content. The document number is always a sequential number.
GATT DOCUMENTS
GATT official documents were attributed a document number from 1983 - 1994 only.
